The location was marvellous and lovely: shopping malls and supermarkets where within walking distance. We appreciated rooms with a patio.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very limited.

Our family had a fantastic time staying there during our vacation.

easy to reach, car park available, suite very large with 2 bedrooms 140sqm with all facilities. It was was more an apartment than a hotel room.
we were surprised because there was no restaurant and no garden just a small swimming pool without heating system. only one blanket was available for 2 bedrooms. Hotel is a little bit noisy due to a poor sound isolating.

The tranquility and quiet so one could block out the world and rejuvenate. It was just so relaxing, but a hub to anything you wanted, beach, fishing, wildlife parks, great dining, river cruises etc.

We stayed here for five nights in a fabulous spacious two bedroom appartment with full kitchen faclities and a washing maching and dryer. Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations and booking a tour for us. It was a about a twenty-five minute walk along the beach to Port Douglas.

Reasonably modern, Good location, nice layout which allows plenty of room including balcony and two bathrooms for three bedroom apartment. Pool, BBQ and entertainment area were awesome
Getting luggage to second level without lifts, air conditioner was faulty and worst of all no bottle opener

Great-sized room with a lovely cool air from a recycled unit. Magnificent and incredible location close to the center and shopping centers. Very convenient access to Denny Hill.

The view of the parking lot and only the parking lot from our room was great. We loved the petty selfishness of your staff asking us to be uncomfortable rather than using the air conditioning. We were so very pleased that the hotel provided no maid service at all, no fresh towel, no bed service. What a great hotel. We liked it so much that we moved to another hotel in Port Douglas rather than stay at the Mediterranean.
The petty nasty customer-hostile pricing. Sixty dollars for leaving a dish unwashed, eighty dollars an hour for each hour of late check out, five dollars for a towel at the pool, a full day's rent for reservation change, and doubtless other equally petty and inane. The fact of your management leasing the hotel from its owners and making its money by these nasty customer-adverse charges mitigates nothing. It may be why you are running a crappy hotel, but it does not in the least change the fact that you ARE running a crappy hotel. What you are running is quite close to being what is called in our country a "fine print fraud" In California you would lose your hotel license for that..

Good quality accommodation, very clean and friendly. The unit was a good family size with pleasant decor, good kitchen area with modern appliances and a good sized balcony with dining table. Has a very nice pool area complete with a spa.
The air-con was not the best, lucky it wasn't too hot during our stay. The exterior did have damage that needed repair (roof area) and did make a bit of noise in a gusty wind. These are minor gripes though and it is a nice place to stay.

Great location near the beach, main street, rainforest, and city center. the king suite is affordable and totally worth it. 💰 Plus, the bed is super comfy for a good night's sleep.

A very attractive place that is very well run - Craig was most obliging whenever we needed info. We enjoyed the quiet location.
Not a big deal but it would have been good to have salt and pepper supplied (or available if requested) and perhaps some paper towels and a cloth in the laundry for wiping. Not necessary for stays of a few days perhaps but as we were there for 12 and were only serviced once, it would have been useful.
